This warranty coverage applies exclusively to items purchased directly through Primyhome.com or authorized retailers. For products bought from third-party sellers, please reach out to them directly for support.
Warranty Coverage
All PrimyHome products—including sofas, dining chairs, drafting chairs, cross-legged chairs, and executive office chairs—are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage includes:
✔ Structural components (frames, mechanisms, springs)
✔ Built-in upholstery & padding (sofa cushions, chair seats/backs)
✔ Functional parts (office chair casters, gas lifts, armrests, etc.)
Need to file a warranty claim? Connect directly with our support team via email, showing us the problem and we'll get back to you with a proposed solution! The content needs to have several points as below:
1. Record
You need to send us a picture of the defective part of the products.
2. Submit
The person best suited to help will respond ASAP.
What’s not covered by the warranty
1. Damage caused by any non-standard office activities
2. Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes
3. Surface color changes or bruises caused by light/sunlight exposure, heat exposure, or aging
4. Failure resulting from normal wear and tear
5. Textile pilling
6. Natural wood grain variations
7. Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects
8. Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity
9. Items exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure)
