How can I track the status of my order?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Are there any costs associated with the warranty?

No. If your claim is approved, repairs and parts are provided free of charge. However, please note that the customer is typically responsible for any initial shipping costs to return the item, which may be reimbursed at our discretion based on the situation.

What does the 3-year warranty cover?

Our 3-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. This includes issues like frame breakage, spring failure, or manufacturing flaws.
Coverage includes:
✔ Structural components (frames, mechanisms, springs)
✔ Built-in upholstery & padding (sofa cushions, chair seats/backs)
✔ Functional parts (office chair casters, gas lifts, armrests, etc.)

What is not covered by the warranty?

1. Damage caused by any non-standard office activities
2. Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes
3. Surface color changes or bruises caused by light/sunlight exposure, heat exposure, or aging
4. Failure resulting from normal wear and tear
5. Textile pilling
6. Natural wood grain variations
7. Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects
8. Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity
9. Items exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure)

Is this warranty transferable if I sell the item?

No, this warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser who bought the product from Primyhome or an authorized retailer.
